PAYMENT POLICY

The payment methods and policies at New Era Cold Storage (NECS) are very clear, simple, and convenient. In order to provide the best experience for customers when using our services, we would like to provide the following information and terms regarding payment methods:

Payment methods

When using the services of New Era Cold Storage (NECS), customers will have two payment methods, including:

  1. Cash payment at the company’s office (for amounts under 20 million VND).
  2. Bank transfer payment method.

Note: Bank transfer fees are borne by the sender.

Payment deadlines and handling methods for overdue payments

  1. Payment must be made and completed within 10 days from the date NECS Cold Storage issues the VAT invoice.
  2. In the event that customers make payments later than the deadline, we will apply handling methods as agreed upon in the signed contract.
  3. Customers are only entitled to receive their final batch of goods in the warehouse on the condition that they must fully settle all outstanding invoices and any additional fees incurred up to the date of the final batch’s release.

Customers are obligated to pay VAT in accordance with regulations.
